This policy applies to occasional, non-marketing personal text messages sent by Boris Livshutz through his AI assistant to people who have directly consented to receive them.
The texting program may retain a recipient’s name, mobile telephone number, the date and source of consent, the permitted message purpose, message and reply content, and technical delivery or opt-out status.
This information is used only to send the personal messages the recipient agreed to receive, operate the texting service, maintain consent and opt-out records, respond to HELP requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal or carrier requirements.
Personal information, mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to service providers, such as Twilio, when necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service, or when legally required. Service providers may use the information only to provide those services.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, document consent and opt-out requests, and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the information.
