Boris Livshutz Personal Texting provides occasional, non-marketing personal messages sent by Boris Livshutz through his AI assistant to friends, family, staff, and professional contacts who have directly given permission to receive them. This is not a bulk or advertising program.
Recipients first give Boris direct verbal permission. The initial text identifies Boris and his AI assistant and asks the recipient to reply YES before ordinary messages begin. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and is expected to be low and occasional. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After a STOP request, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient follows the carrier’s re-enrollment process. Reply HELP for help, or email boris@livshutz.com.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability and the recipient’s wireless service.
